Terms and Conditions
1. Rates and Payment
- The rates for the Service Provider’s services are determined based on the agreed-upon quote.
- Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- In the event of late payment, the Client is in default by operation of law, and the Service Provider is entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.
- If payment is late, the Service Provider will charge additional costs. This amounts to 20% of the invoice amount per reminder.
- Until full invoice payment is received, the Client may not publish or share images or videos in any form, including but not limited to social media, websites, and other online platforms.
2. Changes and Cancellations
- Changes to the assignment must be agreed upon in writing between the Parties.
- In the event of cancellation of the assignment by the Client, the Service Provider is entitled to charge cancellation costs (75% of the invoice amount) in accordance with the costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.
3. Execution of the Assignment
- The Service Provider will endeavor to carry out the assignment properly and to the best of their knowledge and ability.
- The Client shall provide the Service Provider with all necessary information, materials, and cooperation to execute the assignment to satisfaction.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to engage third parties for the execution of the assignment if deemed necessary in their judgment.
4. Offer and Quotation
- All offers and quotations from the Service Provider are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. Offers and quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- In the event of errors in quotations, the Service Provider reserves the right to correct them, provided the Client is informed.
5. Liability
- The Client is liable for all damage to equipment, regardless of the circumstances, during the term of the contract.
- In all cases, the Client is liable in the event of theft, loss, or embezzlement of equipment during the term of the agreement.
- The Service Provider is never liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profits, missed savings, and damage due to business interruption.
- The Client is obliged to compensate the Service Provider for any damage incurred, insofar as the damage is related to the execution of the agreement.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee the result of the video, such as more leads and/or clicks, more visitors, more sales, etc.
